It's not the company's fault. Just means her daughter is allergic to that brand. I have a baby who can't use parents choice brands because it does him the same way. Another one can't use Pampers for the same reason.

Mine is Millie Moon and he is not having any chemical burns could be because your baby got a diaper rash or just not the right brand for the baby to have so that means you’re supposed to try another brand

OMG, I’ve been using that diaper brand for my son for a long time, and he has never had diaper rashes or burns from them. I recently bought a new box and put one on him, and he ended up getting a really bad diaper rash. I didn’t think it was because of the diapers, but now that I’m seeing this notice, it all makes sense.
