do you have a Blackstone? If not you definitely need one. a pan on the hottest part fries things really well! Plus you can still use the rest of it for whatever you need to cook. also, I will never cook bacon inside again. I hate my house smelling like it a day for so long!! okay sorry that's the end of my random thoughts
