I take omeprazole 2hrs after my thyroid meds and it was ok. 2 yrs ago my doc switched me to Tirosint and the difference was HUGE. I felt it physically as well as in my lab work. This year my insurance changed. It went from a 15$/90 day supply to 235$ for 90 days. Tirisint coupon only dropped it to 160$/90 days. I have other medications and cannot afford this for one. I had to go back to the much less effective Synthroid . I’m so disappointed. We all worked so hard to get better pricing and I just can’t believe what people are being charged for medications.

It should be criminal to not give precise instructions. It was so difficult to even first be diagnosed with Hashimotos and now years later being in the normal range but far from feeling whole and optimal. Thank you, please keep the content coming forward at least for those that will come after me 😔

Coffee is done by 8am I take my thyroid meds at 10am don't eat till noon. that's the only window I have. I don't take anything else between 8am & noon.

They told me thyroid medicine wait 1 hour then my acid reducer (ppi) then 30 minutes and I can eat. Its annoying
