Prunes girl. 😭 They gross but they work most of the time. And if it’s really really bad take metamucil. Completely safe in pregnancy as its not a drug just fiber.

Girl I got you! Chia seed pudding! 1-2 tbsp chia seeds, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp of whatever jello powder mix flavoring- mix and put in fridge at least 2 hrs 🤌🏽 you’ll thank me later ;)

Fiber one brownies! (Great value fiber brownies are just as good) I used them as my nightly sweet treat because they’re so good. I’d even eat them on ice cream! I was so incredibly constipated when I was pregnant.

I cramped with both of my pregnancies off and on the entire time! I’m 35 weeks w baby#2 and I still cramp/ feel discomforts of my uterus and baby growing🥰 it doesn’t stop the anxiety in the early days but just know it’s a good sign that growth is happening💕

Chia seeds, trust. I was constipated my whole first pregnancy and it’s the only thing that helped. Cramping can be from constipation and hormone changes
