now u know how foreigners feel when they're renting a room! not all landlords or neighbors are from Hell.. so the tip is when u want to buy or rent a HDB, look around the surroundings. the upper and lower floors. your sales agents won't tell u all. some are just trying 2 sell u what u want and that's it!

Singaporean rent a room in Singapore. 1st, there's no such thing as Singaporean rate. 2nd. you are just another tenant despite of citizenship.

there is this unit hang many woman underwear at the corridor facing the lift, each time lift open, everyone can see, I am wondering how is their neighbour thinking, they got to walk pass everyday. luckily I am not staying the same floor 😂🤣

All my tenants stayed for years. Any issues I responded to asap. Used to stay over in one of the rooms n each time I cooked, I shared with all my tenants. Big Aircon rooms with toilets attached.

imho i do feel our hdb=kampong culture, cos everyone upgrade to hdb fm kampong days where everyone accept everyone with no complaints, but somehw now ppl do get easily triggered compared to olden days...

You were already very blessed already. My neighbour used to get their grandkids to play piano 🎹🎶 horribly as early as 4.30am almost every morning. 😅😂🤭

HDB SHD NOT ALLOWED PUBLIC CORIDOORS TO BE USED TO DRY CLOTHES. IT JUST BLOCK THE WAY. ALSO FIRE HAZARD. EVERYWHERE BLOCK
