She doesn’t have to be banned. You just have to put a rule in that says if this type of thing happens again, it’s an immediate disqualification for that race in the person is removed. They don’t even get to take the next step but it’s just for that race and she shouldn’t be banned from the sport. In place at the time so she’s good.

This is an indoor activity so in my opinion she should be taken out. It's not like running (marathon, etc.) outside 😓
