he likely is not developed enough to moderate is own temperature. he should be in warmth, under heat lights. The tube feeding is great, but I do believe that the people telling you he should be inside are correct.

Bottle feed is my vote. 3 times a day. Small amount because he’s so small. If he makes it thru the night, and I think he will, that’s what I’d do.

When they do that head thing with how they tilt their head, it usually isn’t a good sign. His lungs probably weren’t fully functioning since he’s a premie. Might see if a vet can get some of the meds they give for preemie calves that improves their lung function
