I need to tight line my eyelids due to my hooded eyes. I need the space on my lids for the shadows to show. I find tight lining actually tickles (idk why). And I always tight line before applying my eyeshadow primer just in case I get any of the pencil on my eyelid by accident. Just how I find it works best for me. 🥰🥰
