I hate when they give store credit.. i ordered car parts and they didnt even fit the car.. returned them and they said they can only give store credit. Im like SIR.. your store has NOTHING THAT FITS MY CAR.. would you like me to buy shit i dont need?

I work in a large furniture retail company and lowkey just threaten you’re going to go to the accc, it works wonders. 🤷♀️😵💫 unfortunately with suppliers we get told different information which we tell customers then it gets changed/hold ups with customs etc. Hope it all works out soon though! Fingers crossed for you!
