@jasminebzamora: tomato soup and sourdough grilled cheese! 🍅🌟 #soup #fallrecipes #asmr #soupseason #EasyRecipe 🍅 Ingredients: - 5 tomatoes on the vine - 1 10oz package cherry tomatoes - 1 red bell pepper (optional) - 1 sweet onion - Fresh garlic cloves - 6oz can italian tomato paste - 1 garlic & herb boursin cheese - Chicken broth - Heavy whipping cream - Olive oil - Favorite seasonings (I added salt, pepper, garlic salt, italian seasoning, and garlic powder) 🗒️ Instructions: 1. Add all fresh veggies to a pan, top with olive oil, garlic salt, and bake at 400F for 45min (broil the last 5min). 2. After baking, blend veggies, tomato paste, and favorite seasonings before adding to a pot on medium heat. 3. Add the boursin cheese to pot and mix until combined. 4. Mix in 2-3 cups chicken broth to pot (depending on how thin you want the consistency). 5. Mix in 1 cup heavy whipping cream to pot. 6. Simmer on low for 10min and serve with grilled cheese! 😋
