I’m a big 2D Metroid fan and I honestly don’t know how they even greenlit Metroid II with the state Metroid released in. I do like GB Metroid II tho it has better pacing than the 3DS remake i found it slower

Disagree 100% I played the first Metroid when it came out and it was another level of gaming. The best part was graphing a Map on paper and if you're playing a NES game you should be aware of it's limitations anyways 🤷♀️Kids today have zero critical thinking skills and problem solving skills. This is why we now have city surfer wolverine 🤦♀️

The Prime series primarily takes place between Metroid 1 & 2. Prime 4 however does take place between Super & Fusion. In fact if you read all the pirate logs, Prime 1 evidently takes place veeeery shortly after Metroid 1.
