INGREDIENTS What You Need: 🍖 500g pork and veal mince blend 🥚 A single egg 🍞 2 tbsp bread crumbs 🥛1/4 cup milk 🌿 1 tbsp fennel seeds 🧀 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 🍅 2 tbsp tomato paste 🥓 1/4 cup diced bacon 🧂 1 tsp salt and pepper 🍅 A jar of tomato passata 🥔 8 cooked baby potatoes 🧀 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese 🌿 Fresh basil METHOD Let's Get Cooking!: Combine pork and veal mince, milk, bacon, bread crumbs, fennel seeds, parmesan, tomato paste, salt and pepper in a bowl. Give it a good mix! 🤲 Shape into 8 hearty meatballs. In your pan, layer half the tomato passata, meatballs, and potatoes. Pour the rest of the passata over them. Bake at 200C for 30 minutes. 🌞 Top with mozzarella and return to the oven for a melty 10 minutes! 🧀✨ Garnish with fresh basil.
