Dalam putusan pengadilan Tipikor Palembang, Aprizal divonis 1 tahun 4 bulan penjara dan denda Rp100 juta. sedangkan Bembi Ari Saputra divonis 1 tahun 3 bulan penjara dalam perkara korupsi pengadaan APAR.
