Dışı çıtır, içi yumuşacık, tam bir “ne yesem” günü kurtarıcısı 😋 ⬇️ I boiled one chicken breast and one potato. Then mixed them together with some cheese and shaped into patties. (Optional: add a bit of stale bread for a firmer texture.) Fried them until golden and crispy — and that’s it! They turned out absolutely amazing — crispy outside, soft inside, and perfect for those “what should I eat today?” moments 😋 #busezeynep #protein #chicken
