This is also the reason why he doesn't use his powers or abuse it. Felix knows the responsibility of creating a life. So for anyone saying that Argos is useless and shouldn't have the miraculous. Him and Kagami and the only people who are the most perfect people to wield that power because they themselves are senti-beings that knows the weight of creating and destroying their own kind/species.
