This is ONE MONTH of being intentional with my health + fitness. Not a dramatic transformation, not a finished product - just proof that small things really do add up. 🥹🩷 🌸Here’s what I changed:🌸 🥗 I ate in a slight calorie deficit - nothing extreme, no starving myself. I just became more intentional with portions, prioritised protein + fibre, and tried to make my meals more balanced. 🏋🏾‍♀️ I started strength training - August was literally my first month with a gym membership. I walked in not knowing what half the machines were for 😭 but I learned as I went, and honestly, I’m still learning. 🚶🏾‍♀️ I increased my daily movement — 10K steps was the goal, but my actual non-negotiable was trying to get at least 7K. Some days I hit 10K+, some days I didn’t. We move. 💧 I drank A LOT more water. 😴 I prioritised sleep — especially because I was waking up at 4AM for the gym like an actual crazy person 😭. So I started being more intentional about getting to bed around 9:30–10PM. 🧠 Most importantly, I learned to just SHOW UP. I stopped waiting to feel motivated. Some days I ate something I probably didn’t need to eat, missed a goal, or just wasn’t feeling it. I gave myself grace and got back on track instead of deciding the whole week was ruined. The goal isn’t to “finish” this journey. We’re trying to make these habits a lifestyle. 🤍 And honestly, I’m sharing this because fitness is something I’ve struggled with for a long time, and I know I’m definitely not the only one. I’m still figuring it out too — so if you’re also trying to become healthier, stronger and more consistent, come along with me. 🫶🏾 #BodyRecomposition #fitnesstiktok #GymJourney #Lifestyle #fypシ
