twice my kids got left behind at school by the bus...my children is only in 3rd and 4th they get loaded on the buses so idk how the hell my kids got lost more then once and not placed on the bus..an when bus shows up no kids and school hasn't called telling me my kids are still there and need picked up let me tell you the panic that sets in is no fucking joke..

I would sue the school when my son was younger and was in school so I went on ahead and sued the school that he was going to because they weren’t teaching my son properly and they was mistreating him and I won my lawsuit

This just happened last year.I was homesick with strep, so my son was supposed to ride the bus home.He never got off the bus , he had to sit at the school for over two hours after they were done , and nobody called me to tell me that he\nWas still there.I called them and said, where is my kid?And they kept telling me he got on the bus , and i'm telling them he didn't , and then they had to go look in the school I was livid , he was the last kid there , besides the principal , her daughter and the receptionist

this happened to my youngest son only thing they kept saying was he was on the way downstairs from class but come to find out it was substitute teacher put him with walkers and told him to walk home which he was an a car rider ... thankfully it was a lady that found him crying two blocks away from the school and on his bookbag and shirt it said car rider

if a babysitter did this, would it be enough for an apology or would it be enough to charge them? because if a babysitter gets in trouble from doing this and a TEACHER does not, that right there should tell you how messed up it this is. but if a teacher and a sub at that, it's ok, not the schools fault or the subs. the response party should not be held responsible for loosing a child.

Why are you blaming the substitute teacher. that substitute should not have been assistanting with school release. Know the school is using her as an escape goat instead of blaming the real person the one that put the substitute in that position.
