لا تشتغلون فوق طاقتكم، لكن بنفس الوقت اخلصوا العمل لله مو البشر.. الواحد اهم شيء صحته وانه يفصل بين العمل وحياته الشخصيه صح. اخوي كان يرهق نفسه ويشتغل فوق طاقته بالشغل وحتى البيت لين يوم داوم وقام ولقى نفسه فجأة بالمستشفى والممرض يهزئه وقال له بنهاية اليوم هذه الوظيفة اللي ارهقت نفسك بسببها ممكن يستبدلونك ويجيبون واحد يغطي مكانك بأي لحظة.
