Dù địa phương đã vào cuộc, nhưng với những mánh khóe tinh vi, những cách thức trốn tránh đặc biệt, những đối tượng phá rừng khiến rừng tự nhiên thành khu đất trống đồi núi trọc, biến tài nguyên của quốc gia thành nguồn lợi nhuận khổng lồ bỏ túi cá nhân.
