整个Jurong Point (non-shop) almost all individual stand alone food kiosks dispose water (after mopping) into the basin. I witnessed these couple years ago. The property did not include floor gully traps for permanent food kiosks. Should look for landlord n get them to install gully floor traps at landlord's cost. This problem will not resolve n also don't expect the relevant office can be that hardworking to monitor this. Workers will be tired by end of day and what can we expect from them.
