I have a better explanation for this. The verb after a preposition is not being conjugated. It implies an action. Much simpler to understand. I’m used to going to the market twice a week = the act of going to the market. No subject pronoun like in a verb conjugation! Easy, isn’t it??

To here is not infinitive marker. It’s a preposition and it is a part of the word, so followed by gerund rather than infinitive.

it is clear, but perhaps next you can explain to phrases that consist "to" in it. sooo, we can automatically add ing. accustomed to, used to, forward to, etc (that havent been mentioned in the video)
