Once the floss passes through the contact point, gently curve it around one tooth to create a C-shape. Then use a gentle see-saw motion, keeping the floss adapted closely to the tooth surface and slightly under the gumline. Repeat the same technique around the neighboring tooth. The goal is to clean the side surface of each tooth separately, not just pass the floss through the space between them. Important: • Keep the floss wrapped around the tooth in a C-shape • Use a gentle, controlled see-saw motion • Clean both sides of every interdental space • Never snap the floss aggressively into the gums Small change in technique, much better interdental cleaning.
