Blueberry Pancakes 1 1/2 cups flour 2 t baking powder 1/2 t baking soda 2 T sugar 1/4 t salt 1 cup milk 1 egg 1/2 cup yogurt or sour cream 2 T melted butter (plus extra for cooking) 1/2 T vanilla extract 1 1/2 cups blueberries In a mixing bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are combined. In a separate container combine milk, butter, egg, yogurt and melted butter. Stir until fully combined. Return to flour mixture and pour wet mixture into flour. Stir until everything is well combined. Fold in blueberries. Heat a fry pan to medium heat with butter. Once butter is melted and pan is hot pour batter into pan. Cook the pancakes for 1 to 2 minutes, or until bubbles form. Flip and cook for 1 to 2 additional minutes, or until the pancakes are puffed and golden brown. Serve with syrup if desired. #blueberrypancakes #pancakes #breakfast #pancakesrecipe #blueberry
