No you are not wrong. It makes no sense if your family don’t recognise your long term partner. I wouldn’t go and wouldn’t pay a penny either. When it’s your turn, they won’t pay and you won’t invite them. Family is not just about money - it should be about fairness too

Our rule is normally no marriage or engagement means no invite BUT you are living together which usually means common law which equals marriage. The strange thing is you still call her your GF and not spouse so it makes me think you don't think you are common law.
