Same thing first try with 21 secs left akala ko nag timeout lang, no show sa orders so nag try ulit it was successful. First try pending lang sa cc so it probably wont push through.

Is this resolved na po ba ? We rotated calling their CS numbers for 20+ minutes or so :’)) was able to get an agent naman. They told us di nareceive ng system. We asked if we can repurchase and they asked details nung initial “tickets” namin. We were able to secure our og seats since available pa siya. Paid thru an external channel they provided via email and was able to receive naman the confirmation email and tickets via same email. Refunds are still rolling out I believe, haven’t received mine pa but I got an email abt it and they provided transac number(s) and screenshots naman :DD

I also experienced this! Nag-error pero nag-notif na the transaction was successful. I just clicked the back button then ayun nasa history naman na and already got the digital ticket!

happened to me! but i just refreshed and it directed me back to my order form tas i clicked it again, tas may "pending." it went through naman sa transactions ung sa profile.

I had an issue na nag error una kong purchase so I did everything all over again then successful na 2nd attempt ko. Days later I checked my account tapos dalawang orders ang nag go through but I never got an email confirmation sa first transaction 😭 I was able to prove na it was a website error tho and they refunded it agad :)

What I did was emailed ticketworld. I gave them details such as last 4 digits ng card, date and time ng transaction, customer id, etc. It took them over 24 hours to reply. Nag pa follow up pa ako over email para lang mareplyan.

same error, friends went sa ticketworld and hindi raw nag push yung payment kasi free pa yung seats sa system nila na supposedly na check out ko na. sabi ng teller sa ticketworld ay mag wait sa bank na irefund yung payment lol

Also no choosing of seats jusko! Yung mga binibigay sakin mag babayad ng higher tier pero ang pwesto parang mas sulit pa mag lower tier

Hello! Had the same issue during the presale was panicking so bad cause its such a good seat. Just had to refresh the website like a lot lol, eventually it appeared in my account. No email though:(( was able to download the tix naman.
