@life.behind.cars: This Volvo S90 is being investigated for AdBlue/SCR system problems after fault codes P20EE, P2BA7 and P225E were stored. Inspection revealed substantial AdBlue crystallisation around the SCR dosing area, and we’ve now noticed a white, crusty film/deposit inside the exhaust tailpipe as well. AdBlue deposits are typically white and crystalline when urea solution dries or fails to decompose correctly. We’re investigating whether what we’re seeing at the tailpipe is related to the existing AdBlue dosing/SCR efficiency problem, rather than assuming the appearance alone confirms the cause.
