Please please please go to a clinic to get an IV and antibiotics. I had very similar symptoms and I had a very serious parasite infection. Do not try to thug it out longer pleaseee this kind of condition takes a huge toll on your organs especially your kidneys! Please take care of yourself! Drinking electrolytes won’t treat the problem pls see a doctor🥹🥹
