1 of the reasons why our trucks don't fit in parking spaces anymore is because most vehicles are bigger than they were in the 90s and earlier. it's because vehicles are built bigger now than they were in the 90s and earlier. when the challenger was brought back it was 25 percent larger than the original ones because Americans couldn't fit in the one from the 70s. the new 1/4 ton trucks are now the size of a 1/2 ton truck from the 90s and the bigger trucks are bigger now also. a truck from the 90s couldn't fit 3 fat guys in the front seat now you can easily and 1/2 ton trucks are wider than 3/4 ton trucks. I have a 3/4ton truck and you never here me come plane about my gas mileage. I new it got crappie gas mileage when I bought it. and I use it for work and I pull a lot of trailers

Tbh I got a 3/4 ton (need it for work) and it’s lifted with grip tires bc I go off road a lot and yes the parking spots or literally to small at a lot of places for my truck in length and with. I can literally park on the line on purpose and still cover the opposite line at the same time and have my truck poking out about 4’ out of the parking spots. Parking lots weren’t made for big trucks they were made for small mom suvs and cars. Even a Tahoe has trouble parking in them. So yeah I got it when there’s trucks that take up more than one parking spot. It’s either that or get ur car dinged by one from a guy/girl trying to get out of their truck

A CHARGER FROM THE 70s could fit 10 people In the cab…not comfortably, but we did weird shit in the 90s…I pulled up to a party with 8 people in my single cab truck! Have you ever stood beside a challenger from the 70s? I’m not saying cars aren’t bigger now, I’m saying your points for why they are are stupid as hell!

As a big rig driver I see maaaany accidents unfortunately. The “oversized” trucks often have a person on the side upset when an accident happens. When i see small cars I see yellow blankets.

Ok here I go. Diesel’s produce more emissions with the anti pollution gadgets on them.I had a sensor that was at the end of the tailpipe that went out 3 times before I deleted all that crap off. I put my trailer hitch in my toolbox. Plus don’t ever compare a normal lifted truck with a Carolina squat idiot. My truck went from 15 mpg to 25 mpg when deleted. I also park away from those illegal parking spots that barely fit a kia car. I’m not afraid to walk to get into a business.Sure I can blow black smoke. But rarely do I,unless it’s a tesla following to close behind me. Your probably a Tesla owner
