@heisalhajitheozzy: Sometimes I sit back and ask myself, how did a biomedical scientist who walked away from his 9-5 to chase a life he wasn't even sure about, end up finding so much joy in food? I was just a guy who loved to cook, loved to eat and loved sharing that joy with people. But somehow, that love has grown into something I could have never imagined. Standing in front of a room full of people at my second masterclass this year, sharing what I've learnt, teaching, laughing and cooking together, I couldn't help but pause and take it all in. Because there was a time when all of this was just me, my kitchen and a love for food. Honestly, my heart is full. I'm grateful for every person who has believed in me, even when I was still trying to figure things out. For everyone who has watched, supported, attended my classes, cooked my recipes and reminded me that this little dream of mine is worth chasing. You may never truly understand how much every bit of love means to me. I didn't get here alone. And as I look at how far this journey has brought me, from my kitchen to now sharing it with rooms full of people. I can't help but feel excited for everything still ahead. More food, more lessons, more masterclasses and, hopefully, many more beautiful memories with all of you.
