Cheese Muffin Recipe: Ingredients: 200 g cake flour, 8 g baking powder, 30 g granulated sugar, 2 g salt, 1 egg, 120 ml milk, 50 g unsalted butter, 100 g cream cheese, 80 g cheddar cheese, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract optional. Instructions: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Melt the unsalted butter and let it cool slightly, then cut the cream cheese into small cubes. In a large bowl, mix the cake flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, and melted butter until combined. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and gently fold until no obvious dry flour remains, being careful not to overmix. Add the cream cheese cubes and most of the cheddar cheese, then fold gently to distribute them evenly.
