You can tell who isn’t an athelete bc this happens at nearly every high endurance race. If you ever go to an Ironman everyone pisses themselves if not also poops themselves. You’re pushing your body past limits, if you are finishing in the last of the pack yeah you prob aren’t doing this but she won, she was pushing her body to its limits. There’s a reason you almost always shit yourself when you’re dying also
