Listen, what we have to come to terms with is that this was never meant to be a one person job/responsibility and therefore as much as we wanna do it all, something simply has to give. We can only meet our children where we’re at and that’s ok. Do what you can, knowing it can’t all be 100% & leave the rest to God. Also sometimes the anxiety comes from that very mindset that their future solely relies on us and the subsequent need to control. Their futures are not ultimately in our hands. They’ll figure out what’s amiss just like we all have and God is able. Realising this brings a level of rest. I wish us all the best. Sure ain’t easy.

I’m so sorry 🤗❤️you’re a loving caring mother and it’s so hard, mi kids have told me this and I think o have scared them into being mothers but🤔🤔🤔 because I’m the back bone of the family, just a few hours away from everything everything crumbles and I try to train everyone to be independent.
