I left Bangkok 48 years ago when I was 12. I visited Thailand earlier this year and found Thai language has changed so much. What considered impolite words then are now widely accepted. I still can't wrap my head around this language evolution.🤔😫

I think I do understand thai but is very basic.. I did learn most useful words.. I think I got like 300-500 words that I can recognize. but i watch thai drama and it's like I understand 5 to 10%..😅
