or... just stay with me here.... the "non-linguist" missionary just didn't comprehend the depth of their language correctly. seems noone else, including linguists, went to study the language and spend any time there. how exactly would you imagine a world where no past or future exists for the people? even to teach someone to create a weapon or build the shelter already implies that it is needed for the future and was learned from the past experiences. I am inclined not to accept the whole concept presented by Daniel Everret.
