I’m 4 months out my 4 yr relationship as well. Its so hard 💔😞 I deleted pictures/messages the night we broke up. I had too then because I knew how much harder it would be later

4 months post discard after 6 years and he was with someone else immediately. I have kept everything in a hidden file, I’m no contact and off socials. He has broken me. I don’t cry everyday now but the hurt is there.

from one girl to another, 3 years on and i still have every single pic in my hidden album and i forget it’s even there. you won’t be hurt forever. Time teaches u how to carry it without it taking over your life. u just gotta put one foot in front of another and do things that fill your cup and then before you know it, it won’t hurt as much anymore 🤍

5 months for me! Still struggle so much and I can’t even look through the photos or delete them. I don’t know when I’ll be ready to. Especially as they are our family photos 😔

I just wanna say our timelines are almost identical and I feel soooo proud of us!! It is definitely a rollercoaster but I see us becoming stronger and stronger each day . truly thank you for documenting your journey, it has helped knowing someone out there is in the same boat 🤍 we got this!!!

I put it all in a google photo album and deleted it the same weekend. It’s nice to scroll through my photos and not see him

i recommend hiding them, iphone let’s you sort pictures by a specific face, then press select all (not even looking through them) and hide it. not sure if I’ll ever delete them, but for now this has helped a lot
