You could save money by not adding the oats, clay, and mica. You don't put enough in for them to have any effect once the tiny portions are distributed among all the bars, so it's pointless to add them. Then you could reduce your out of pocket costs and lower the prices of the soaps which would help you sell more of them.

If the soap isn’t fully melted then it is not getting the oats, mica powder, benzonite clay or fragrance oil in it. So you are just getting a partially melted soap with the block of soap.

Why not use a reusable silicone or metal cup to mix the mica and fragrance? The solo cup seems wasteful and the fragrances can degrade the plastic into the soap.
