xdioad.gr :
could it be accidentally overdeveloped hip flexors (specifically the psoas major and rectus femoris)?
from my understanding:
The psoas attaches directly to the lumbar spine so it were dominant it could pull the lumbar spine forward and tilt the pelvis downward, creating a baseline Anterior Pelvic Tilt at rest

Hayden :
I struggled with the same thing I found out it was because my pelvis was tilted forwards, after I fixed my posture it went away

eat more fiber. you are most likely backed up even if you go everyday the quantity and quality could be off causing a delay/clog in elimination.

From personal (and very little) experience planking consistently is what helped me get my stomach to stay flat. People love to hate on them but it is what worked for me. Interested to see what you try!

It honestly seems like it’s an anterior pelvic tilt. From the side angles during the show, your low back seems slightly rounded as well

Is that not just hip posture, having anterior pelvic tilt means the lower abdomen protrudes out
