Academically the best thing that happened in the 70s is that empowered women started studying history and philosophy and art history and the rest of it. Yes we had Barbara Tuckman and Edith Hamilton, but they were the rare duck. Now these women and the second generation are turning the tables. They’re changing the narrative. We no longer get the male dominated view of history, we are, thankfully, getting the woman’s point of view and because of that we are learning more about some of the great women in history that have been overlooked or even forgotten. Thank God for your scholarship and your creativity snd your ability to express your point of view because we are sorely in need of it. 💯🙏🥰

I was there on my birthday on Feb 4th, 2020. Such a cool temple to visit after being at the Valley of the Kings and Queens and seeing King Tut in his tomb. Can’t wait to come back to Egypt and do more exploring.
