@toldbynick: Sony REMOVED this Feature?? I’ve been bothered by this since getting the A7V, but always chalked it up to me not having the right settings turned on. Eventually, I had enough and did a deep dive. I compared all of my A7V settings to my A7IV settings. Once I realized they were identical (or as close as possible), I headed to the manuals. To my surprise and disappointment, it seems as though this feature is gone by design. It’s hard to believe that, but in black and white, the manual states it. Is this some kind of hardware limitation? I can’t imagine, but I also can’t imagine Sony just stripping away a feature specifcally from video mode while keeping it in photo mode… So @sonyalpha can we please get an update for this?
