I went through 36 years of abuse and you are allowed to speak your truth and soo many women are trapped in this situation and think they are alone.I found out my entire relationship was a lie and took me a year to get my brain around the deception I lived my entire adult life.Men don't want to be shamed but they are fine lying about everything and being abusive and they have no remorse and will say if you didn't like it you should of left I lived Don't care what people say you lived it and are living it.
