Bose will replace em. I'm on my 5th set of quietcomfort from only one purchase, bose dgaf if they're out of warranty. I have a set of baseus though, which are exactly the same as shockz (like, even the same model number) and they're great. if somebody's coming from cheap headphones and want the advantage of open ear headphones, these are worth the (low) price.

My Shokz Opendots crapped out in 6 months. One bud stopped charging. Loved them before that though.

I got 2 pairs of the Shokz OpenDot 2 (White Pearl and Pink ones).. still trying to figure out where to place them so they stay on my ears but I love them
