I genuinely feel that we’re losing so many possible witches still in the beginning of their practice (unbeknownst to them more often than not) to second and third initiations. So many people can’t just don’t have the strength to get through it before they run right back to Christianity and it’s so sad

I’ve recently tapped into ancestoral work and in old Chinese medicine/philosophy. The energy needs to flow in your body and to remove blockages, you need to address the problem by recognising your feelings. Negative feelings that go unrecognised cause pain and problems with energy flow in the body. You have to recognise it and give it back to the earth

I never ground if I’m angry or feeling potential anger unless it’s processed. And if it isn’t, which it rarely isn’t, I have rituals. I thank the earth, sea and sun before letting them take my burdens that are too heavy to process.

Honestly, I love being a counsellor and a witch. Its one of the coolest cross overs. I am lucky to have lots of spiritual clients who want to do layers of work. But the mental health system is for sure broken. Plus telling people they need to feel things to move through them is not always well received. Its tricky.
