In this situation, use non-violent way that will put her down like a water buffalo 🐃 Taser should do they job , repeatedly until she complies and is cuffed. No sense thinking you wrestle down 🦬 . All this with the purse could be avoided. Cop doesn’t get all physical and purposely injury her. She is not going to run.
