@the__crave: Hot Honey Garlic Chicken Tacos 🌮🍯🌶️ Serves 4 | Makes about 8 tacos Ingredients * 1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces * 1 tbsp olive oil * 1 tsp smoked paprika * 1 tsp garlic powder * ½ tsp onion powder * ½ tsp salt * ¼ tsp black pepper * 4 cloves garlic, minced * 3 tbsp honey * 1–2 tbsp hot sauce * 1 tbsp butter * 1 tsp lime juice * 8 small flour tortillas * 1½ cups shredded cabbage * ½ cup crumbled cotija cheese * Sliced avocado * Chopped cilantro * Lime wedges Hot Honey Garlic Sauce: Mix the honey and hot sauce together. Adjust the hot sauce depending on how spicy you want it. Directions 1. Toss the chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through to 165°F. 3. Reduce heat to medium. Add butter and fresh garlic and cook for about 30 seconds. 4. Pour in the hot honey and lime juice. Toss until the chicken is glossy and coated and the sauce becomes slightly sticky, about 1–2 minutes. 5. Warm the tortillas and fill with shredded cabbage, hot honey garlic chicken, avocado and cotija. 6. Drizzle any extra sticky hot-honey sauce from the pan over the tacos. Finish with cilantro and a squeeze of lime. For an extra-irresistible Crave version: add a thin drizzle of lime crema made with ½ cup sour cream + 1 tbsp lime juice + pinch of salt. #HotHoneyChicken #ChickenTacos #EasyDinner #TacoNight #fyp
