@regangilster: I know this sounds extreme but I think about these annual photos year round. I remember thinking earlier this year how we’d wait to take them until our baby boy was born at the end of October. How it would have to be a quick turnaround to get them back for Christmas cards, where we’d include baby Grant’s birth announcement. I cherish these photos and love capturing our family and each kid individually every year. I still wanted to take them after we lost Grant, even though they are very different than what I had envisioned back in May. And being here in this magical place, wearing bright, happy colors, I could feel him there with us.
