took 2 seconds of a google search to get the operator manual. shows to boost to connect positive to red section at top of fuse panel and negative to chassis (door lock catch on door frame) at least can supply power to check main batt

Check along the frame rail on the driver side, pretty much every panel van i worked on have their 12V battery there.
