I used to be sad because nobody celebrated me on my birthdays. But that was because I never made it a big deal. Now I make it a huge deal and celebrate myself!! I announce it at work from the beginning of month and get everyone excited!! Now people party with me, take me out to birthday dinners and celebrate me, because I started celebrating myself!! And now I look forward to my birthdays and make plans every year!! (I also take notice of others around me and plan special celebrations for them!!) 😁😁

...my birthday is on a day before a big holiday..so its never been about my day it was always about the holiday...the one time I asked for a bday wknd I hot f-d over like it was a total burden... birthdays smirthdays...😞

Haha. On my birthday I make myself the center of events. I will always have cake 🎂 and ice cream 🍨. I wish others the same. I don’t wait to be celebrated. One day a year I make sure it’s not just another day. Happy Birthday if today is your day! 🥳

I've been made to feel like my birthday wasn't a big deal. I never understood why people celebrate the entire month, when I don't celebrate a day.
