Same thing happened to be in Paris!! Except it was an apartment and they said that there *was* air conditioner. Problem is the AC unit did not work. I took video of it not working plugged in and called Airbnb. They put me in touch with the owner, who said that they would bring me a fan. I explained that that would not work. Thankfully Airbnb refunded my money...but all night long into the next day the owner harassed me, calling and texting. She claimed I was illegally staying in her unit and had lied and that she’d be calling the French police to go to the unit. I told her she should 💁🏻♀️Just wild!! (Mind you, she was somewhere in the Middle East and had a property manager in Paris, so the only thing I could assume was that the property manager let someone else stay in it 🤷🏻♀️)

I stayed at that hotel when I went to Paris! I surprisingly wasn’t too hot lol. I really enjoyed it though. The area was quiet which I was shocked by cause there was a university steps away.
