Why did he say in an interview that (we) the people who say Patrick has something to do with it are conspiracies and he’s sick of it??? I was sooooo confused

I wonder if NGRI is the only way to get her the support she needs AND keep her safe from Patrick. If she’s free, she’s on her own. Which is why he’s doing everything he can to get that for her.

really good point. I hope they keep pushing to have the whole thing re-examined cos something's not right. if she's insane enough to allegedly redrum her kids the way they claim then she's mentally vulnerable enough to develop false memories of that version of events.

But didn't the judge make it clear that if there was reasonable doubt then they had to find her "not guilty"? so that was an option ? although jurors said not 🤔

You can't argue with something you don't remember. You also have no reason to doubt what they've said if you've had thoughts of doing said thing for months on end .... 🤷🏻♀️

I think with that prosecution job she would go free IF the went for not guilty insted of NGRI. Now even jury dont understand their job saying the prosecution didnt prove their case but still vote NGRI

I wish people could understand this. Please be careful when you describe this. You stated she didn't remember what she had done. it should be she didn't remember what had happened. Thanks for your posts

The judge wouldn’t bifurcate the trial, didn’t make sure jurors were screened, and did noting about the juror withholding the verdict against his instructions (although I have opinions about the woman juror saying she knows Lindsay did it and never questioned it when questioning it was the whole point of the trial). Basically what is going on over there?

Honestly, it's SO confusing to the public. It would sincerely appear, even to the most educated, that NGRI plea is "admittance to the act" ~ (confession). But in fact, it is not. That's the part that's REALLY difficult to decipher.

So she’s crazy enough to do it, but didn’t, and the psychiatrist implanted all the memories in her? Why would the psychiatrist be in on it? But she woke up and had no memory and she told her version before Patrick talked to her again. So now the psychiatrist is in it? Are they the killer? Are they the third person? Because Patrick wasn’t there. I’m confused.
