I’m telling my age, but I don’t care. My mother had a friend that was a little bit older than her that told her stories about what it was like when women didn’t have access to safe ones and it’s part of the reason why I am finishing nursing and part of the reason why I just took a job for Planned Parenthood.

It's sometimes joked about how women share their birth stories woth eachother- it's because it's traumatic and the only people who listen and validate are others who also experienced it. The experience is traumatic and talking about it with other moms is therapeutic.

Don’t get me started on how many dudes tried to flirt on me when I was pregnant talkin bout “lemme make you a mother of 2 different men’s kids fr momma”🤢🤢 and when I rejected bro tried getting grabby on me🥹💔 I didn’t leave the house alone ever since that incident because I’m scared that dude goin find me and try sum ESPECIALLY since I already gave birth🥹🥹

touching on pregnancy... about 35 😳 it becomes geriatric I got the hemorrhoids and pregnancy induced carpal tunnel after puking for the entire time the last 3 months I couldn't sleep without my fingers burning as she was growing very fast and I was doing it alone while working I cried a lot is very painful she's beautiful though 🥰
